When you submit an enquiry via our contact form, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Programme interest, preferred training location, and training frequency
• Current fitness level and primary goal
• A personal message and how you heard about us

We also collect anonymous usage data through Vercel Analytics (see Third-party services below).

We use your data solely to:

• Respond to your training enquiry
• Send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your enquiry
• Understand how people find and use this website (analytics only)

The legal basis for processing enquiry data is legitimate interest — you have contacted us with a request and we need your data to respond. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

Enquiry emails are retained in our inbox for as long as necessary to manage the coaching relationship or as required by law. If your enquiry does not proceed, we will delete your data within 12 months of last contact.
